Learning Log - 19/11/10

Strengths- In today's lesson, I was writing a critical review on the film "Despicable Me" and my strengths were that, I was good at finding criticism of anything which meant that I was capable of coming up with strong critical points toward the film. I had a look at what people have done so that I inspired to how I should mine. I also did research in the previous lesson which helped me very much and I was capable of finishing of my critical review of the film in a good standard.

Weaknesses- My weaknesses were that I was wasting too much time on being inspired by other peoples work and I was also easily disturbed. This made me loose valuable time which I could have used to improve on my work. I wasn't checking my work over twice because I may have made mistakes that I might have not recognised.

Things to do- Next time, I make sure I have a good glimpse over other peoples work and then straight on to doing mine because it will save valuable time because I was wasting time by staring at other peoples work. I also need to get into the habit of checking over my work so that I didn't make silly mistakes.
