Unit 1.4 - Stages (Back)

1.This is my first stage of my back page of my leaflet. As you can see that i have kept the same layout like the front page but I wanted the back page to stand out more so I have decided to add in a cool brush to give it the effect that I needed. I have added these random strips of lines with different width and colours but all going the same direction. In the middle, I have added this broken circle which looks very cool in the middle. On the top left hand corner, I have added a text saying "More to Offer.." in the slant font.
2. As you can see on the second stage of my back page of my leaflet, I have decided to add in the events and they were British Arts Show and Tracey Emin under the title Hayward gallery written in the same slant font. Unilver series and Gabriel Orozco was the events that were taking place at Tate Modern which I have decided to show on my leaflet in the same layout as the Hayward Gallery Section but it’s on the opposite side. I have also decided to add more information about the events that’s taking place at Hayward Gallery and Tate Modern

3. After deep concentration, on my third stage I have been told by my teachers that I should add a box to show that it’s a different topic so I have decided to add in a light blue and red box. I thought adding the two boxes gave it some really good effect to the back poster which makes it really stand out to the public citizens of South Bank.

4. On the fourth stage, I have added the title “Events”, on the top with an effect which really stands out. I have written down “EVE” on one line and “ENTS” on a different line to give it some uniqueness. I also added these fantastic brushes which really bring up the effect of the whole leaflet are called abstract brushes. I download my brushes for free on a website called “King Brushes”.

5. On the fifth stage of my back leaflet, I manipulated a picture of a street artist which I took personally. I used a tool called the extract and what that’s used for is to cut the background off perfectly after you have lighted the bits that you want to keep. It leaves an effect on the edge of the photo which I really like. On the bottom the page, I have attached the website where people can visit and gain more knowledge of South bank.

6. On the finishing stage of my back leaflet, I decided to add in a map on the bottom right hand corner of the leaflet to give it some effects and I also added in some of the pictures that the street artist drew on the streets to bring some life in the leaflet.
