Unit 1.4 - Research for Creating a Guide to the Creative and Media Scene in the Southbank

This is a poster I was inspired by because of the abstract effect that they have used in the leaflet, I decided to do the same thing for mine with the pictures that I manipulated. I also liked the paint splatter effect that they have used because I believed that it created a sympathy to the leaflet. I decided to add in a paint splatter on the corners of my leaflet to liven things up but this time the paint splatter brush effect is used in different colours to represent happiness and joy at South bank.
This is a leaflet from the I MAX Company. I like the simplicity of this leaflet because its really eye catching and how they have used the varies of pictures for one film. The colours that they have used are very effective and standing out from the rest. I like the way they have kept a simple background and not worked with it on photo shop. They not only talked about one films that's a really hit at the I MAX. Thye have talked about the other films that are showing at the I Max. They also added a map at the back who i really liked and I decided I was going to do the same thing for my leaflet.
